The second key machine for wooden tongue depressor stick making is SK-003S CNC Wooden Tongue Depressor Stick Carved Cutting Machine.It is used for shape forming wooden vener into wooden tongue depressor sticks. The regular tongue depressor stick length is 150 mm.
After punching process, you will get well shaped tongue depressor sticks. At that time, the tongue depressor stick is wet and with certain moisture. You need further machine for product drying and polishing. It needs the cooperation of steam boiler, heat exchanger and draught fan.
