We have two designs,

One is old model. The old model is not used with AIR-DUST SEPARATING

MACHINE. ---it is previous type. It is also high quality. But without air-dust separator, the drying room will be with dust in the air. So, it will be dusty.

While the new model is used with AIR-DUST SEPARATING MACHINE.

(after the dust is coming out from this polishing machine,

it will go connecting to the air-dust separating machine. The air will be gone and only the dust is left in the DUST COLLECTING ROOM. so, the whole workshop keeps clean. It is current latest technology. NEW MODEL IS MODIFIED AND ADVANCED. WE KEEP INNOVATION ALL THE TIMES.

Remarks: It is used after carved cutting process. After you do the shape forming

of ice cream sticks, you will use THIS MACHINE.

2. FL-01 AIR-DUST SEPARATOR

This machine shall be used with steam boiler, heat exchanger and draught fan.

This machine itself do not have the function of drying. But after it is connected with steam boiler, heat exchanger and draught fan, it will do the drying process by the hot heat and then do further polishing process after the stick is dried.

The great merits of this machine is that the stick can be well polished and the temperature is well distributed in the stick itself. The stick after using this machine is flat and good shape and also smooth in the surface.
