Machine Introduction: This machine is consisted by two parts. One is the main machine body and the other is the control cabinet.
The manufacturing process is that wood cutting-->wood boiling->wood bark removing--> wood rotary cutting machine-->wooden ice cream stick carved cutting machine(SK-003S Carved Cutting Machine)--get well shaped ice cream stick products--> drying and polishing-get well dried products.

The following are the control cabinet photos. Our machine is CNC type carved cutting machine.
By changing the carved cutting blade, you can produce different sizes or shapes of the products. After the blade are installed, you can also need to set the "feeding width" of the products. One set of machine can meet different sizes or shapes of product making.
Carved Cutting Blades decide the product shape and size. For wooden ice cream sticks, the regular product size is 114*10mm, 93mm*10mm.
We will test each machine into good performance before machine delivery.
The wood should be well boiled before rotary cutting .
For punching and carved cutting process, you need to process the wet veneer which is with certain moisture and temperature on time.
