BPG-1G Toothpick Polishing Machine (high speed type) 

The fucntion of this machine is for making the surface of the sticks (bamboo or wooden stick) into smooth. The size of the stick is 2.0mm*65mm. The workers need to put the bamboo stick into this machine into full and then cover it at the top of this machine. and then, start the running of this machine. The polishing time for this machine is about 1 hour. After using this machine, we will go for the next stage, toothpick sharpening process.  If the sticks is well polished, it is much easier for stick feeding and improve the efficiency of toothpick sharpening machine. For this BPG-1G Toothpick Polishing Machine, it also has the function of removing unqualified sticks. Every short sticks or broken sticks will be moved out during the working process.  This machine can be customize according to customer's product size. For example , for toothpick polishing, it will be designed according to length: 65mm.For other product , like bamboo cotton bud sticks (stem), it will be designed according to 72mm.
