For selecting: There are 3 solenoid valves,

the bent ones will be put in one holder

the short ones and the broken ones will be put in one holder

the color problem/black color ones will be put in one holder.

This machine can detect the black color problem. For slightly color difference, it could not.

Remarks:

You can set the data in the machine. For example the diameter range

you need and also length range, it is easy for operation.

For example: If you think 3.0mm to 3.3mm diameter, length: 200 to 205mm is acceptable,

so, the STICK which did not meet this need, will be selected out.

By the way, this machine can select the short one out. If your stick is longer than the data you

have set, it could not be selected out.

This machine shall be used with AIR COMPRESSOR.

You shall buy a compressor locally. (ex. 3KW ) and connect to the machine.

If it is 3KW, it can supply 2 to 3 sets of machine using. The air compressor is not in our quotations.
