MZP-1 Small Layering Machine is widely used in bamboo toothpick making production line.The main function for this machine is for layreing thicker bamboo strips into thinner ones. For example, after bamboo strip processing, you will get 6 MM thick bamboo strip. Your final bamboo stick diameter is 2.0mm round sticks. If you wish to produce 2.0mm round sticks, you may need bamboo strip with thickness 3.5mm (for example). Your current stick is 6mm, you need to process 6mm thickness strips into 1pcs of 3.5mm and the rest is the wastage.This machine can also be used in strand woven bamboo flooring project. It is used for layering thicker bamboo into thinner bamboo and then further stranding, make the bamboo strips into stranded bamboo strips.The strip layering is by the layering blades.
