Adopt infrared ray warm braw drying technology,
Drying the machine when in operation
Using the microcomputer and controlled by servo-motor, vacuum
absorbing type by manipulator and finished the process of packing.
Feeding the cotton, crumbing the cotton into small pieces, forming
the cotton bud, drying, packing etc.
It highly saves the time of production and human resources. (You
need two workers),

(The quantity of the cotton bud putting in one bag is fixed. Ex. If
the machine is designed for packing 100 pcs of cotton bud per bag,
it could not pack other quantity. It is setted)

1. If the stem are plastic or paper: 1000~1200 pcs/min
2. If the stem are bamboo : 800~1000 pcs/min
3. If the stem are wood: 1000~1100 pcs/min
