2. What is the making process for making bamboo into bamboo sticks ?

Step 1: Cut the long bamboo into certain length, for example : 1.9 Meters.

Step 2: Splitting the bamboo into bamboo strips

Step 3:  Bamboo Knots Removing, Setting the width/thickness of bamboo strips, separating yellow layer from green layer

Step 4:  Using MZP-1 Small Layering Machine to layering thicker bamboo strip into thinner ones

Step 5:  Making Bamboo Strips into Bamboo Sticks (for example : 1.3mm round bamboo sticks)

Step 6:  Bamboo Stick Boiling & Chemical Treatment

Step 7:  Bamboo Stick Drying Process , dry the sticks

After Step 7, you will get the dried bamboo sticks. We will do further processing.

Step 8:  Cut the long stick bamboo stick into the length you want. For example, 8,9,10,12 inches.

Step9 :  Bamboo Stick Polishing Process (Polishing the surface of the sticks into smooth)

Step 10:  Bamboo Stick Quality Control Process ( By machine selecting or manual selecting)

For the XMD-02 MACHINE in this production line, it is not involved in bamboo stick making. It is mainly for blade sharpening purpose.

Bamboo Stick Chemical Treatment

After using MBZS-5 Bamboo Stick shape forming machine, you will get fresh bamboo sticks. This fresh sticks need to do

stick boiling process. This process is also called stick treatment. It is for removing the sugar, insects from the sticks. After

stick boiling, you need to the drying process of the sticks, making the boiled fresh sticks into dried ones. The moisture rate

for the sticks should be control below 10%. The sticks cutting process, polishing process and sharpening process, it is started

from dried sticks. (Please noted).

The following information is very helpful for us to give you good suggestions,

1) What is the bamboo stick diameter & Length You wish to produce ?

2) What is your daily output ? (For example 500kgs dried sticks/day,  1Ton/Day, 2Tons/Day, 3 Tons/Day etc

When you buy the machines, we also wish you can buy some spare parts for future use. It is very necessary. For some parts, it need regular maintenance  and

also replacement when it is reaching its service life. For examples, saws, feeding rollers, shaping blade, flat blades, grinding wheels, saws for cutting ,Iron Feeding roller,

rubber feeding roller, flat planing blade etc. We will give you very detailed suggestion when you confirm the final quantity of the machines.
